The Joy Awards
For the 2023 edition of the Joy Awards, Agora LLC delivered a comprehensive audio system featuring a main stereo PA of L-Acoustics Kara II with a centre array of KS28, supported by L-Acoustics 5XT, Syva, and Syva Low front-fills, along with X12 delay speakers for the upper balcony.
Flown X15 HiQ units provided full on-stage monitoring, all powered by L-Acoustics LA12X amplifiers and LA7.16i.
The audio control setup included a DiGiCo SD7Q dual-engine console at FOH and a DiGiCo Q338 for monitors.
A fully redundant Optocore network loop built with DiGiCo SD Racks, Optocore DD2 FR-FX, X6R (FX and TP), and M12 units ensured reliable routing of MADI, AES-EBU, and analog signals between FOH, monitors, replay systems, RF devices, and the broadcast OB vans.
The RF system featured Shure Axient wireless microphones (AD4Q, ADX1, ADX2, AXT600, ShowLink), Shure PSM1000, and Sennheiser SR2050 IEMs.
Playback was handled by a fully redundant QLab 5 Pro system running on dual Apple Mac Studios, all integrated within a Luminex IT network using 26i and 14R switches connected via an opticalCon QUAD infrastructure
